Saperavi grapes are harvested in the vineyards of village Arkhiloskalo, Dedoplistskaro Municipality, Kakheti Region. The grapes are gently selected by hand. The wine is produced fully with Carbonic Maceration method based on the experimental choice of the winemaker. In result of the mentioned technology the wine preserved full body typical for the grape used
but gained unusual aromas of flowers, fruit and spices. Wine is produced by the use of natural yeast, without filtration and processing, giving it light tannic and lasting taste.
